Joey Martin
A Clemson, SC native, Joey Martin has spent more than 25 years building deep roots in the South Carolina upstate — not just in real estate, but in the communities he calls home. He is the owner of both Ohana Homebuilders and JW Martin Real Estate, bringing a rare combination of construction expertise and real estate acumen to every project he touches.
Joey's career spans the full spectrum of real estate — from raw land development and investment properties to luxury homes and new construction.
